The Paternoster Little Gem Windmill

The LITTLE GEM windmill was invented, patented and manufactured by Edmund John PATERNOSTER in c1886. It varied the pitch of the fan blades by moving the inner and outer fan rings in different directions. This model was also sold into the Eastern States and Western Australia.
